BlackZero's legal documents — terms of service, privacy policy, and ASP subscriber agreement. These govern your use of the BlackZero platform and define the relationship between BlackZero, accounting firms, and taxpayer subscribers.
BlackZero acts as an Accredited Service Provider (ASP) under Revenue Regulation 8-2022. In this capacity, BlackZero transmits e-invoice data to BIR on behalf of subscribed taxpayers. BlackZero is not your legal representative, tax adviser, or attorney. BlackZero does not represent you before BIR in tax disputes, examinations, or enforcement proceedings. The ASP relationship is limited to the technical transmission of e-invoice data and the generation of CAS registration documentation.
Governs your use of the BlackZero platform, including invoicing, books of accounts, CAS registration packet generation, and EIS transmission services. Defines permitted uses, subscriber obligations, and service level commitments.
Describes how BlackZero collects, processes, stores, and protects personal data — including TINs, business names, addresses, financial records, and signatory information. Covers data subject rights under RA 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and compliance with NPC regulations.
Governs the relationship between BlackZero (as Accredited Service Provider) and the taxpayer subscriber for EIS transmission services. Specifies the obligations of each party with respect to BIR transmission, key management, PTT maintenance, and compliance with RR 8-2022 and RR 11-2025.
